Howard and his Wife have a business together, an Italian ice business called IcyyXpress.
The business is located in Miramar, about 30 minutes from Miami.
In the TikTok, Howard says it’s his wife’s shop and he tries to help her out when he can.
IcyyXpress offers 20 flavors and caters to parties of more than 10. According to their Instagram website and Instagram, they carry a variety of options. They have “100% authentic Italian Ice” as well as soft-serve ice cream.
Howard joins other former and current NFL players investing in small but long-term businesses.
Former NFL DL Frostee Rucker owned Frozen Yogurt shops.
Former Saints and Miami Hurricanes LB Jonathan Vilma started by opening a bar. He ended up expanding that into a mobile bar service.
Steelers CB Joe Haden owns a high-end shoe re-sale store in Cleveland.
It’s great to see one of Miami’s superstars have a life outside of football and be financially savvy.
After Howard’s playing career, his wife might just put him to work in the shop.
For now, Howard will have to stick to eating the tasty treats as he prepares for his 6th season in South Florida.
